Qualifications

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:

  • AA or AAS degree.
  • 2 years on the job training and/or experience as a Project Manager.

 Preferred Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with new product introduction.

 Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager
  • Hands on experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Must be able to operate CMS / ERP system effectively.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team towards a common goal and foster a positive work environment.
  • Experience coordinating with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

Your role:

  • Lead diverse teams to bring new products to life, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, and more!
  • Define project goals that rock our business objectives, alongside our senior management team.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets like a pro.
  • Optimize facility layouts and processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of teamwork and open communication across all departments
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Champion a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication across departments, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Be the point person for all teams to escalate issues, seek guidance and coordinate with the team.
