This is an opportunity to join a great Sales and Marketing Team! 

Fair-Rite is seeking a skilled Website Administrator to oversee the maintenance, functionality, and performance of our company's website. The Website Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the website, implementing updates, managing content, and addressing technical issues promptly. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

 

Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Qualifications

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience as a Website Administrator or similar role

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Wordpress.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy..
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines for global webpages.
  • Monitor website performance, traffic, and user engagement using analytics tools.
  • Implement website improvements, enhancements, and new features to optimize user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including but not limited to broken links, page errors, and server problems.
  • Coordinate with web developers, Sales and Marketing, and Management to implement website changes and updates.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on website-related matters.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative initiatives to enhance user engagement on the website.
  • Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary.
  • Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair Rite is certified.
  • Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety and Health Policy.
